Kshema Power Appoints Mohan Shanmugam as Overall Head of Projects
Kshema Power has appointed industry veteran Mohan Shanmugam as its Overall Head of Projects, reinforcing its leadership as it expands globally. With over 30 years of experience in large-scale power and transmission infrastructure, his addition supports the company’s drive to scale its portfolio and enhance delivery standards.

Shanmugam is a veteran in the energy sector, bringing over three decades of experience in executing large-scale power and transmission infrastructure across diverse markets in the Middle East and India.
Most recently, as Senior Project Director at Al Gihaz Holding in Saudi Arabia, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing the end-to-end delivery of crucial Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission and Smart RMU projects with a combined value exceeding SAR 3.8 billion. This management covered everything from competitive bidding and tendering to robust execution and complex financial alignment across varied geographical locations. Furthermore, his background includes leading senior execution teams for critical wind energy projects at prominent companies such as Senvion India and Alfanar-India.
