KPI Green Energy, a part of KP Group, has announced that the company has received three distinct Letters of Award (LOAs) with an aggregate value of INR 696.50 crore from SJVN for a 200 MW (AC) Solar Power Project at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park, Khavda, Gujarat.

The first contract, worth about INR 486.89 crore, is for the supply of all plant and equipment at the site. The second contract is for erection, testing, commissioning, civil and structural works worth about INR 178.27 crore. The third contract, worth about INR 31.34 crore, is for providing comprehensive operation and maintenance of the solar plant for three years, the company stated in a regulatory filing.

“This award significantly bolsters our presence in the Khavda Renewable Energy Park, which is poised to become the world's largest renewable energy installation upon completion. KPI Green Energy is already executing a 645 MWp solar cluster at Khavda. With the addition of this 200 MW (AC) project, the KP Group's total portfolio in Khavda will scale to >845 MWp (DC), solidifying our position as a leading developer and EPC provider in this strategic energy hub,” it said.

The award encompasses the entire project lifecycle—from equipment supply and construction to long-term O&M—showcasing KP Group’s integrated ‘Development to Long-Term Service’ business model, which ensures recurring revenue streams, it said.

By 2030, KP Group targets to achieve 10 GW of installed renewable capacity and become an integrated clean-energy conglomerate, spanning generation, storage, green fuels, and manufacturing.

As part of its strategy, KP Group will operationalise green hydrogen and ammonia production hubs in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, strengthening its presence in emerging clean-fuel technologies. The Group also aims to expand its EPC and O&M platforms by integrating advanced digital infrastructure to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
