KPI Green Energy Commissions 200 MW Solar Capacity for Coal India
The commissioned capacity is part of a 300 MW EPC solar project at GIPCL's Khavda Solar Park in Gujarat and has been certified by the Gujarat Energy Development Agency.

KPI Green Energy has successfully commissioned 200 MW (AC) / 269 MW (DC) Solar Power capacity forming part of the 300 MW (AC) / 405 MW (DC) gridconnected ground-mounted Solar PV project being executed by the Company on an EPC basis for Coal India at GIPCL's Solar Park, Khavda, Gujarat, as certified by the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA).
With this commissioning, KPI Green Energy further deepens its footprint at Khavda, one of the country's largest renewable energy hubs and demonstrates the execution strength that continues to define the Company's utility-scale solar delivery. As it moves towards the balance capacity, KP Group remains firmly on course with its ambition of building a 10 GW clean energy portfolio by 2030.
In addition to its commissioning milestone in Gujarat, the company has received charging permission from the Chief Electrical Inspector, Nagpur, for its 100 MW (AC) / 128 MW (DC) grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project at Ramthi, Narkhed, Nagpur district, Maharashtra. Executed on a turnkey EPC basis for Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO), the approval marks another key project milestone and further expands the company's utility-scale solar footprint in Maharashtra.
