The company stated that it has implemented an MoU with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Ltd. (MAHAPREIT), which is a subsidiary of Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation Ltd.
Through this agreement, KPI Green Energy has been appointed as a knowledge partner to MAHAPREIT, offering assistance in overcoming initial challenges by designing and formulating a comprehensive blueprint for project-specific strategic planning.
Furthermore, the alliance extends to encompass dedicated support throughout the operational and control management spectrum throughout the entire lifecycle of the projects. The move not only highlights KPI Green Energy’s dedication to sustainable solutions but also highlights the Maharashtra government’s proactive approach toward advancing renewable energy initiatives. This dynamic collaboration sets an observable precedent for public-private collaboration in the pursuit of a greener and more eco-friendly future.
The collaboration comes in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, emphasizing transparency and disclosure in the realm of strategic partnerships.
