KPI Green Energy, Advait Infratech Collaborate on 500-MW Solar Park in Northern India

KPI Green Energy Ltd and Advait Infratech Limited have teamed up to develop a substantial 500-MW solar park in northern India. The collaboration is in partnership with the Government of Uttarakhand and is set to create a significant impact in the region.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between KPI and Advait outlines their commitment to developing the solar park as a captive power producer project.
The Uttarakhand government has also pledged its support for the project's successful execution during the 12-month term of the agreement.
KPI Green Energy, a part of the KP Group, specialises in solar and hybrid energy solutions, while Advait Infratech offers expertise in power transmission, substation, and telecommunication infrastructure.
This partnership highlights the growing emphasis on renewable energy projects in India and the collective drive towards a sustainable energy future.
In related news, the Uttarakhand government recently approved five solar power plants with a combined capacity of 5,265 kilowatts under the Chief Minister Solar Self-Employment Scheme.
This scheme aims to promote green energy in the state and is aligned with the government's efforts to boost solar energy adoption in Uttarakhand.
The projects are expected to attract approximately INR 24 crore in investments in the field of solar energy, further contributing to the growth of green energy in the region.
