KP Group’s KPI Green Energy to Develop 110 MW Floating Solar Project at Kadana Dam

KP Group’s KPI Green Energy will develop a 110 MW AC/142 MW DC floating solar project at Kadana Dam for GSECL, with foundation stone laid online by PM Modi.

KP Group is set to develop a 110 MW AC/142 MW DC floating solar project at Kadana Dam in Gujarat, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi laying its foundation stone online.

The project will be developed by KPI Green Energy Ltd., a KP Group company, for Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. (GSECL). It marks KP Group’s entry into large scale floating solar technology and strengthens its capabilities across the renewable energy value chain.

The project will progress under the leadership of KP Group CMD Dr. Faruk G. Patel. “From engineering and construction to grid connectivity and long term operations, we remain committed to executing this prestigious project safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards,” the firm said in its social media post.
