Kosol Energie has officially launched its groundbreaking TOPCon Sun Plus Series, setting a new benchmark in solar module performance and efficiency.

The highlight of this series is the new 620 Wp module, which remarkably retains the same compact dimensions as a traditional 550 Wp panel (2278 x 1134 x 35 mm). Despite its size, the panel delivers an impressive 24 percent module efficiency, placing it among the highest-performing modules in the market today.

Backed by BIS, IEC, and other global certifications, the Sun Plus Series stands as a testament to Kosol Energie’s commitment to innovation, precision engineering, and world-class quality.

“This achievement stems from decades of hands-on experience, robust system-driven processes, and strategic collaborations,” stated Kosol Energie’s technical team. “Our goal was to minimize Cell-to-Module (CTM) loss and enhance overall performance — and we've succeeded.”

Key innovations that set the Sun Plus Series apart include precision-selected and rigorously tested glass, optimized ribbon size for superior conductivity, premium encapsulant materials for enhanced durability, advanced laminator technology and refined production processes, and top-grade junction boxes, cables, and connectors.

With these advancements, the Sun Plus Series significantly boosts energy yields without expanding the panel’s footprint, offering an optimal Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) — a key metric for utility-scale and commercial solar installations.

The compact, high-output modules are particularly advantageous for solar tracker systems, where they provide Lower capital investment in civil and structural components, Increased tracker lifespan and system reliability, Streamlined installation processes, Reduced operation and maintenance costs, Industry-leading Ground Coverage Ratio (GCR)Looking ahead, Kosol Energie continues to invest in R&D and infrastructure. The company is preparing to launch a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory facility, along with several other innovative products in the coming months.

With module options ranging from 410 Wp to 670 Wp, Kosol Energie now delivers globally reliable, high-efficiency solar solutions across India, the USA, and the Middle East.
