Koraam, powered by Kosol Energie, a Grade-A Top Tier-1 Solar Manufacturer and a solar EPC and module manufacturing company in India, has secured a 5.8 MW order from Sandip Electronics and Automation (SEA) for the supply of high-quality Module Mounting Structures (MMS) for solar water pumping systems across Maharashtra.

The order comprises the supply of 1200 plus robust solar pump structures designed for 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP pumping applications, further strengthening Koraam's contribution to India's agricultural solar ecosystem and expanding its presence in Maharashtra.

Under the scope of the project, Koraam powered by Kosol Energie will supply Module Mounting Structures (MMS) manufactured using High Definition Galvanized Iron (HDGI) and pre-galvanized steel. The structures are engineered to provide long-term durability and superior performance for solar water pumping installations across diverse agricultural locations.

The project demonstrates Koraam's growing role in supporting large-scale solar irrigation infrastructure and enabling wider adoption of renewable energy solutions in rural India.

The structures have been designed and approved by SVIT, Surat, incorporating advanced engineering and structural integrity. Built in compliance with IS 2911 standards for pile foundation design, the structures are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 150 kmph, meeting stringent tender requirements.

A key feature of the solar pump structures is their ability to facilitate easy adjustment of module direction and tilt angle according to the sun's position, enabling enhanced energy generation and efficient pumping performance throughout the year.

The project is strategically significant for Koraam powered by Kosol Energie as it will support installations across multiple locations and further establish the Koraam brand within the agricultural solar sector.

Commenting on the development, Parag Vyas, CEO of Koraam Powered by Kosol Energie, said, "At Koraam, our focus extends beyond delivering products—we are committed to building robust infrastructure that accelerates the adoption of solar energy in agriculture. This order from Sandip Electronics and Automation (SEA) marks another step towards strengthening the solar ecosystem across Maharashtra and expanding our footprint in new markets. The growing appreciation for Koraam's solar pumping solutions by farmers and industry stakeholders is a testament to our engineering excellence, product reliability and customer-centric approach. As India moves towards sustainable farming and energy independence, we remain dedicated to providing innovative, durable and high-performance solutions that empower farmers and contribute to the nation's clean energy ambitions."

The execution of this order reinforces Koraam's engineering capabilities and manufacturing excellence in delivering high-quality solar infrastructure components. The company expects significant opportunities in the coming financial year, including larger-scale projects under future Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) tenders.
