Koraam New Energie, powered by Kosol Energie, has witnessed a surge in solar water pump installations during FY 2024–25.

The firm has secured a significant order under Component B of the PM-KUSUM Scheme, totaling INR 186 crore (excluding GST), for the supply and installation of 5,500 solar pumps across various states, it said  in the statement.

The lion’s share of this order, 3,000 pumps comes from Maharashtra’s 'Magel Tyala Saur Pump Yojana', with 2,200 units already installed, reflecting the company’s swift execution and on-ground momentum.

Compared to the previous fiscal year, Koraam has nearly doubled its figures, signalling not only strong operational performance but also growing trust among farmers in its technology. The company is expanding its footprint as a channel partner in Haryana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and the Leh–Ladakh region.

“This accomplishment reflects the confidence farmers have in our technology and services,” said Parag Vyas, Director, Kosol Energie. “At Koraam, we aim to empower rural India through sustainable and cost-effective solar solutions that boost agricultural productivity and farmer incomes," he noted.

Beyond pumps, Koraam is gearing up to launch farmer-centric solar innovations including solar milk chillers, solar dryers, and cold storage solutions, further aligning with India’s vision of clean, tech-enabled agriculture.

Over the past two years, Koraam has established itself as a trusted name in the solar pump sector by offering energy-efficient, low-maintenance systems that cut operating costs while promoting energy independence and environmental stewardship.

As India accelerates its clean energy transition in agriculture, Koraam’s rapid growth marks a strong step forward in making renewable energy a reliable partner for the country’s farming community.
