KLK Ventures Pvt. Ltd. has secured an order to deploy 1,000 solar water pumping systems across Maharashtra under the Government of India’s PM KUSUM Yojana, marking a key milestone in the company’s renewable energy portfolio.

The scope of the project includes the design, supply, and installation of solar pump systems with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP, aimed at providing farmers with reliable, clean, and cost-effective irrigation solutions. The initiative is expected to significantly reduce dependence on grid electricity and diesel-powered pumps, while improving energy access in rural areas.

The large-scale deployment will support sustainable agriculture, water security, and lower operating costs for farmers, while aligning with Maharashtra’s broader clean energy and decarbonisation goals.

Commenting on the development, Akshat Jain, CEO of KLK Ventures, said that the order reflects growing confidence in the company’s technical expertise and execution capabilities. He added that KLK Ventures remains committed to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions that generate long-term value for farming communities and stakeholders.

With this project, KLK Ventures further strengthens its position as a key implementation partner under national solar initiatives, contributing to India’s mission to expand renewable energy adoption and empower the agricultural sector.
