KLK Ventures Signs Renewable Energy MoU at Uttar Pradesh Investment Roadshow in Singapore

KLK Ventures (Singapore) has participated in the Uttar Pradesh Investment Roadshow held in Singapore on February 24, 2026, organised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in association with the High Commission of India in Singapore. The Roadshow featured a keynote address by the CM of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, who spoke on the state’s investment potential, progressive policy framework and rapid infrastructure-led growth.

During the event, KLK Ventures signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, expressing its intent to explore investment opportunities in renewable energy projects across the State. The proposed collaboration aims to contribute to Uttar Pradesh’s clean energy ambitions while leveraging Singapore’s strengths in innovation, technology and sustainable financing.

The agreement was signed by KLK Ventures’ Director, Prerna Kapoor and CEO, Akshat Jain, in the presence of Managing Director, Gaurav Jain and President, Naresh Kapoor. 

Akshat Jain, CEO, KLK Ventures, said, “Uttar Pradesh presents a tremendous opportunity for renewable energy development. Through this partnership, KLK Ventures aims to support the State’s clean energy goals with sustainable and technology-driven solutions.” 

The signing marks a significant step in KLK Ventures’ strategic expansion into India’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
