Kiri Industries Issues LoI for 17.45 MW Hybrid Project to IB Vogt and Four-Square Green Energy
Kiri Industries has issued an LoI to IB Vogt Solar India and Four-Square Green Energy for a 17.45 MW hybrid wind-solar project in Gujarat, comprising 9.45 MW wind and 8 MW solar capacity, with an estimated investment of INR 100.80 crore.

Gujarat-based chemicals manufacturer Kiri Industries has announced that the company has issued a letter of intent (LoI) for the installation of a hybrid power project at Kamlapur in the Rajkot district of Gujarat to IB Vogt Solar India and Four-Square Green Energy.
The total estimated project cost is approximately INR 100.80 crore for a hybrid power project with an installed capacity of 9.45 MW wind and 8 MW solar, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
It further added that the project is expected to be commissioned within 10 months from the date of issuance of the LOI.
“The power generated from the project shall be primarily utilised for meeting the power requirements of the company’s existing manufacturing facilities, resulting in optimisation of energy costs. The project will also contribute towards increased use of renewable energy, reduction in carbon footprint, and strengthening the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) profile of the company,” it said.
