Kerala Issues Tender for 3 MW Solar Plant at Kannur Naval Station

The Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (KELTRON) has released a tender to set up a 3 MW grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) project at The Indian Naval Academy, Naval Station, Ezhimala, Kannur.

The concise range of work for the winning bidder will include the supply and installation of electrical material required for installation, testing & commissioning of the solar PV plant.

The last date of bid submissions is February 11, 2019, and the technical bids will open on February 14, 2019. All bidders will need to present an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 70,000 along with their bids.

The winning bidder will also be mandatory to complete the complete project in a period of 30 days from the issue of the letter of award.

To be entitled, the bidder should have completed related types of work during the last 2 years and should have an average annual turnover not less than Rs 70 lakh in the last three financial years.
