KEC Secures Orders Worth INR 1,038 Crore for GIS Substation Project in Saudi Arabia
KEC International, an RPG Group company, has announced that the company has secured its largest-ever substation order worth INR 1,038 crore for the design, supply, and installation of a 380 kV GIS substation in Saudi Arabia.

Infrastructure EPC major KEC International, an RPG Group Company, has announced that the company has secured new orders worth INR 1,038 crore for design, supply and installation of 380 kV GIS Substation in Saudi Arabia.
Commenting on the order win, Vimal Kejriwal, MD and CEO, KEC International said, “We are delighted with the successive order wins in our T&D business. In a landmark achievement, we have secured our largest ever substation order. This prestigious order in the Middle East has widened our portfolio and strengthened our presence in the region.”
He further added, “With this strategic win, our YTD order intake has surpassed INR 16,000 crore, representing a healthy growth of about 20 percent.”
KEC International has a presence in the verticals of power transmission and distribution, civil, railways, urban infrastructure, renewables, oil and gas pipelines, and cables. The company is currently executing infrastructure projects in over 30 countries and has a footprint in over 110 countries (including EPC, supply of towers and cables).
