Kalpa Power names EPC veteran Jabraj Singh as COO and Kamlesh Kataria as CGO, strengthening leadership as it expands across energy infrastructure businesses.

Kalpa Power has appointed Jabraj Singh as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and moved current COO Kamlesh Kataria to the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer (CGO) as part of a leadership restructuring to support its expansion across integrated energy infrastructure.
Singh will oversee project execution, delivery, operational efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction, with a focus on scaling the company’s capabilities across Open Access, transmission infrastructure, Battery Energy Storage Systems and lifecycle asset management.
Singh brings more than two decades of experience in power and renewable energy projects across India, the Middle East and Africa. He has held leadership positions at KEC International, L&T and Tata Projects.
Kataria, in his new role as Chief Growth Officer, will focus on strategic growth initiatives, partnerships and new business opportunities. He will also lead efforts to develop new growth engines and expand the company’s presence across the energy infrastructure value chain.
Kalpa Power Founder and Director Rounak Muthiyan said that the leadership restructuring will strengthen the company’s ability to execute projects at scale and pursue opportunities emerging across India’s energy infrastructure sector.
The company said that the appointments are aimed at strengthening organisational capabilities across integrated energy infrastructure segments, with a focus on execution, partnerships and growth.
