Juniper Green Energy Commissions 35 MW Wind Project in Gujarat
Juniper Green Energy has commissioned 35 MW of wind power capacity in Gujarat as part of its 190 MWp wind-solar hybrid project, taking the project’s commissioned capacity to 175 MWp.

Juniper Green Energy has announced that the company has commissioned 35 MW of wind power capacity in Gujarat, forming part of its 150 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Project.
“The commissioning has been witnessed and confirmed by officials of Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company, and the formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly. With the commissioning of the aforesaid capacity, our capacity under this project stands at 175 MWp out of total planned capacity of 190 MWp,” stated the company in a regulatory filing.
It further added that following the commissioning, the aggregate operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy and its subsidiaries stands at approximately 2,639 MWp, along with 500 MWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity.
Earlier this week, the company fully commissioned its 75 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Maharashtra after commissioning the final 10 MW of wind capacity through its subsidiary Juniper Green Spark Ten.
Juniper Green Energy's portfolio now stands at about 11.2 GWp of renewable energy capacity, complemented by about 9 GWh of BESS capacity, stated the company.
