Juniper Green Energy Commissions 145.99 MWp Chapalgaon Solar Project in Maharashtra

Juniper Green Energy has achieved early commissioning of its 145.99 MWp solar project in Maharashtra, supplying power to MSEDCL nearly 19 months ahead of schedule.

Juniper Green Energy has announced the early commissioning of 145.99 MWp/100 MW of its solar power project in Chapalgaon, Maharashtra, which will supply power to MSEDCL.

The plant was commissioned on May 22, 2025, which is 19 months ahead of the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date, and within 2.5 months of PPA signing on March 7, 2025. The project will operate at a full capacity of 145.99 MWp from its commissioning.

Commenting on the development, Ankush Malik, CEO, Juniper Green Energy said, “This milestone is a testament to Juniper Green Energy’s ability to execute renewable energy projects at scale and speed.
