JAKSON Engineers Appoints Alexey Ustinov as Independent Director

JAKSON Engineers, a part of JAKSON Group, has appointed Alexey Ustinov as an Independent Director, bringing over 30 years of global experience in sustainable energy, electrification and industrial engineering to its Board.

JAKSON Engineers, part of energy and infrastructure conglomerate JAKSON Group, has announced the appointment of Alexey Ustinov to its Board as an Independent Director.

Ustinov brings over three decades of international leadership experience across sustainable energy systems, electrification, industrial engineering and business transformation. His appointment adds significant strategic depth to JEL’s Board and reinforces the company’s focus on strong governance and long-term value creation, stated the company.

Ustinov has held senior leadership roles with leading global energy and engineering organisations, including Siemens Energy and Cummins. His career spans energy systems, power generation, industrial markets and global commercial operations, with deep experience in strategy, business growth and P&L leadership across diverse international geographies.
