JA Solar collabrates with Formula E s.r.l

JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd, a leading high-performance photovoltaic products manufacturer and Formula E s.r.l., a leading supplier of photovoltaic technology and automated manufacturing lines, enter a collaboration agreement for back contact applications in crystalline silicon solar modules. The first back contact application target is to demonstrate the convenience and performance for MWT modules in mass production using an  innovative mass production manufacturing platform designed and developed by Formula E. Under the new collaboration agreement, the two companies have produced MWT modules using the system. By far, several test runs of assembling MWT modules with several combinations of various materials and components have been carried out and completed in Italian labs and the assembled modules are currently being tested in Chinese reliability labs. The conductive backsheet used for these tests is the innovative foil solution produced by Coveme

The two companies are quite determined in demonstrating convenience and high performances for final users from their joint efforts and experience.
