IWTMA to Participate in Bharat Renewable Expo 2026 in Jaipur

The Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association (IWTMA) will participate in the Bharat Renewable Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from January 16 to 18 in Jaipur, where it will lead two high-level panel discussions focused on key challenges facing India’s renewable energy transition.

As part of the event, IWTMA will convene discussions on transmission planning to support higher renewable energy penetration and the role of wind–solar–battery energy storage systems (BESS) in delivering firm and dispatchable renewable power. The sessions will examine infrastructure readiness, grid integration, and emerging solutions required to support large-scale hybrid renewable deployment in Rajasthan.

Senior officials from the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), the Rajasthan Government, and leading renewable energy companies are expected to participate in the discussions, reflecting growing coordination between policymakers and industry stakeholders.

Rajasthan remains a critical hub for India’s renewable energy expansion, with large-scale wind, solar and hybrid projects playing a central role in meeting national clean energy targets.
