The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, unveiled 'Pahal,' the insightful house journal of its Vigilance Department.

The ceremony, held at the registered office of IREDA in New Delhi, saw the Chairman and Managing Director of IREDA, Pradip Kumar Das, unveiling the journal. The event was attended by Chief Vigilance Officer Ajay Kumar Sahani and other senior officials, marking a significant step towards transparency, accountability, and the promotion of renewable energy initiatives by IREDA.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the initiative during the unveiling, CMD Pradip Kumar Das emphasized the potential impact of increased employee and children’s participation in 'Pahal.' He highlighted the importance of fostering awareness among children through their contributions, such as articles and poems, which can play a pivotal role in promoting renewable energy development.

“We believe that encouraging active participation from our employees and their children in the Vigilance Journal will not only enhance awareness but also create a more profound impact on Renewable Energy Development," Das added.

The launch of 'Pahal' aligns with IREDA's commitment to transparency and accountability in its operations. The house journal is poised to serve as a platform for sharing insights, updates, and articles related to the vigilance department's activities, promoting a culture of openness within the organization.

The emphasis on engaging employees and their children reflects a holistic approach toward fostering awareness and participation in the renewable energy sector.
