Invitation for EOI for empanelment of Manufacturers of Solar water Pumping System

MNRE has set a target of installing 10,000 Solar PV water Pumping Systems up to March 2015 under National Clean Energy Fund (NCEF) Scheme to be implemented by NABARD through Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and Other Commercial Banks. The MNRE will be providing Central financial assistance (CFA) in the form of "Capital Subsidy" to individuals for installation of Solar PV Water Pumping System. The Banks will disburse the subsidy to the beneficiary and will provide loans as per their banking rules on the balance cost of the system. The detailed guidelines to facilitate the implementation of the scheme will be shortly issued by the Ministry. These systems will be for irrigation needs. Expression of Interest (EoI) is invited from the interested manufacturers of SPV Pumping systems for empanelment. The last date to submit the application is 30th April 2014.
