INVERGY India has announced that the company has entered into multiple strategic partnerships and supply agreements with renewable energy companies at REI Expo 2026, strengthening its business presence across solar inverters and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

The agreements cover collaboration, equipment supply and project execution, creating opportunities for the company to expand its business and support India's growing clean-energy infrastructure requirements.

INVERGY signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with LNK Energy, establishing a framework for collaboration across solar PV and battery energy storage systems. The agreements were formalised in the presence of Varun Karad, Co-Founder and CEO, REnergy Dynamics. The MoUs were signed by Deepak Pandey, Founder and Managing Director, INVERGY India, and Kushaagra Nandan, Co-Founder, LNK Green Energy.

The company also signed a supply agreement with Enerture Technologies for solar inverters and battery energy storage systems. The agreement was signed by Deepak Pandey and Bhairaw Kumar Mandal, Founder and CEO, Enerture Technologies. The agreement establishes a framework for supply across both product categories, supporting Enerture’s project requirements while creating opportunities for INVERGY to expand its business in solar and storage.

INVERGY further signed an MoU with Plethora Power to advance a proposed solar project across multiple sites in Maharashtra. The agreement establishes a framework for project planning and execution, combining INVERGY's technical capabilities with Plethora Power's local coordination and site-level support. The MoU was signed by Deepak Pandey and Vaibhav Tyagi, Managing Director and CEO, Plethora Power.

In another development, INVERGY signed an MoU and supply agreement with RAVC Solutions for solar inverter supply. The agreements aim to support business expansion and address RAVC's evolving project requirements. The signing involved Deepak Pandey and Ram Anuj Verma, Director, RAVC Solutions. RAVC brings expertise across solar engineering, procurement, construction and operations.

INVERGY also entered into a solar inverter supply agreement with SLnko Energy to support its project requirements. The agreement was signed by Deepak Pandey and Pradeep Kankarwal of SLNKO Energy. SLNKO's engineering, procurement, EPC and project management capabilities are expected to complement INVERGY's inverter technology portfolio.

The company signed another solar inverter supply agreement with Sunkind Energy, supporting future procurement and supply requirements for solar projects. The agreement was signed by Deepak Pandey and Hanish Gupta, Founder and Managing Director, Sunkind Energy.
