Invergy Signs MoU with Sinexcel-RE to Procure Testing Equipment for 3 GWh BESS Plant in UP
Invergy India, a wholly owned subsidiary of GP Eco Solutions India Ltd., has signed an MoU and Supply Contract with Shenzhen Sinexcel RE Equipment Co., Ltd. for advanced Battery Testing Equipment to support its upcoming 3 GWh BESS factory in Uttar Pradesh.

Invergy India, a wholly owned subsidiary of GP Eco Solutions India Ltd., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Supply Contract with Shenzhen Sinexcel RE Equipment Co., Ltd., for the supply of advanced Battery Testing Equipment for its upcoming 3 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) factory in Uttar Pradesh.
The agreement was officially signed on September 10, 2025, during the RE+ Exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA.
The MoU was signed by Deepak Pandey, Managing Director at GP Eco Solutions India and iNVERGY and Daiwei Chen, General Manager, Shenzhen Sinexcel, in the presence of GPES’s director Astik Mani Tripathi, iNVERGY’s director Prasoon Chaudhary and Shenzhen Sinexcel’s Overseas Sr. Manager Hang Yang.
“This partnership marks a strategic leap forward in our mission to build world-class BESS infrastructure in India, powered by our flagship brand INVERGY (powered by FuelON). Together, we aim to contribute meaningfully toward India’s energy independence and sustainability goals,” said Pandey.
iNVERGY's expansive portfolio includes PV inverter solutions, including on-grid, off-grid and hybrid inverters, LiFePO₄ Batteries, HV Series Battery Bank for the C&I segment and BESS solutions.
