Insolation Green Energy Secures 226.45 MW Solar Projects in Rajasthan Under PM KUSUM
Insolation Energy’s subsidiary Insolation Green Energy has received Letters of Intent (LoIs) to develop 226.45 MW of solar projects in Rajasthan under Component A of the PM-KUSUM Yojana. The company estimates an investment of INR 750 crore in setting up the plants and an annual revenue of INR 98.47 crore from them.

Insolation Energy (INA Solar) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) for 226.45 MW solar projects in Rajasthan under Component A of PM-KUSUM Yojana.
The scope of work includes design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 25 years from COD of grid-connected solar power plants through RESCO Mode, its associated 11 KV line to connect the plant with various 33/11 KV sub-stations and remote monitoring systems (RMS).
It includes projects across 20 sites from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVNL) and 115 sites from Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL).
The final levelized tariff shall be INR 3.04 per unit for 16 sites, INR 2.82 per unit for 5 sites, INR 2.75 per unit for 53 sites and INR 2.60 per unit for 61 sites, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
It further added that the contract will lead to an investment of approximately INR 750 crore in setting up the 226.45 MW solar power plants. The projects are scheduled to be commissioned in FY 2026-2027. The company is expecting to generate an annual revenue of about INR 98.47 crore.
In FY25, INA Solar has reported an 80.9 percent increase in its revenue from operations to INR 1,338 crore up from INR 737.2 crore in FY24. The company's profit after tax (PAT) has increased to INR 126.2 crore in FY25 from INR 55.5 crore in FY24, marking an increase by 127.5 percent.
