Informa Markets in India has announced the 18th edition of the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo, Asia’s largest clean energy congregation, to be held from October 30 to November 1, 2025, at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.

The 2025 edition will bring together over 700 exhibitors, 1,000 brands, and 35,000 business visitors, including policymakers, investors, and innovators, under the theme, 'Decoding Pathways to Achieve Net Zero.' The event will showcase the entire renewable energy ecosystem, from solar and wind to energy storage, EV infrastructure, and bioenergy solutions.

The Government of Odisha has joined as a State Partner, reinforcing public sector participation in advancing India’s clean energy and storage ecosystem. Country pavilions from Germany, Belgium, China, Japan, and Korea, supported by the European Union’s Cluster Collaboration Platform, will highlight international collaboration. The expo will also feature a Start-up Pavilion and an Investor Zone to promote innovation and funding opportunities.

Leading industry players such as Reliance, Adani Solar, Vikram Solar, Waaree, Havells, Goldi Solar, Gautam Solar, and FIMER are among the key exhibitors. A dedicated Bio Energy Pavilion, supported by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), will host 65 companies showcasing global innovations.

Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director of Informa Markets in India, said, “Renewable Energy India 2025 reflects the pulse of a nation steering toward energy independence and sustainability. The journey from 76 GW in 2014 to nearly 234 GW in 2025 is not just growth, it’s transformation. This year’s REI will serve as a definitive platform for global innovators, policymakers, and investors to power India’s green transition.”

The event will also host the Energy Storage Summit India (ESS India), featuring discussions on battery energy storage financing, de-risking strategies, regulatory frameworks, and India’s potential as a global supply hub for energy storage components.

With India targeting 500 GW of non-fossil capacity by 2030 and investments of over USD 360 billion in renewable energy and infrastructure, REI 2025 is positioned as a key platform to drive policy dialogue, technology adoption, and investment toward a low-carbon future.
