Indus Towers Issues EoI to Procure 100 MW of Renewable Energy
Indus Towers, a passive telecom infrastructure provider, has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI) from renewable energy developers to supply 30–100+ MW of green power to its telecom sites in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh under the Green Energy Open Access Regulation.

Passive telecom infrastructure company Indus Tower has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) seeking collaboration with renewable energy developers to supply renewable energy to its telecom sites located in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh.
The required total capacity ranges from 30 MW to over 100 MW. “This initiative will be facilitated through the Green Energy Open Access Regulation,” noted the EoI document.
The last date for submission of bids is May 19, 2025.
Developers must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy power generation. They must have experience in developing a capacity of at least 100 MW under open access in any of the state. Developers must have an experienced regulatory team in each state of presence to facilitate the required approvals.
The bidder’s annual turnover in each of the immediately preceding two financial years must be equal to or more than INR 40 crore. The bidders must have a positive net worth in each of the immediately preceding two financial years. Its liquidity ratio must not be less than 1 in each of the preceding two financial years.
