Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar) has launched its nationwide 'Azaadi Mahotsav 2026 – Bijli Bill Se Azaadi Ka Jashn' campaign to encourage households, businesses and industries to adopt solar energy and reduce electricity costs.

The campaign aims to raise awareness about the benefits of clean energy while highlighting the long term economic advantages of switching to solar power. Through the initiative, the company seeks to encourage consumers to embrace renewable energy as a pathway to energy independence and sustainable growth.

Commenting on the initiative, Chairman Manish Gupta and Managing Director Vikas Jain said that India is moving rapidly towards energy self reliance, with solar energy playing a key role in the country's energy transition.

"Through 'Azaadi Mahotsav 2026', we aim to encourage more homes, businesses and industries to adopt clean energy solutions that reduce electricity costs while contributing to a greener and more sustainable future," he said.

The company said that it currently has an annual solar module manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW and is expanding its manufacturing footprint with a new facility in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. The upcoming plant will include 4.5 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity and 18,000 metric tonnes per annum of aluminium frame manufacturing capacity. According to the company, the expansion supports the Government of India's Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat initiatives while strengthening the domestic solar manufacturing ecosystem.

INA Solar manufactures TOPCon solar modules ranging from 500 Wp to 635 Wp for residential, commercial, industrial, solar park and solar pump applications. The company said its modules are designed to deliver high efficiency, long term reliability and strong performance across a range of project segments.

As part of the campaign, INA Solar will conduct a series of digital and on ground awareness initiatives to educate consumers about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy and promote wider adoption of renewable energy solutions across India.
