Bengaluru-based iGO Wise Mobility has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Visakhapatnam-based Daiots Arc Pvt. Ltd.Daiots Arc Pvt. Ltd. to deploy up to 1,000 BeiGo X4 electric trikes for high-value, temperature-sensitive hyperlocal logistics across urban and semi-urban corridors.

Under the partnership, the first phase will see the induction of 100 BeiGo X4 electric trikes, designed to handle specialised logistics such as grocery deliveries to restaurants, battery pack delivery and distribution of health beverages like neera. The vehicles are expected to support high-frequency, short-distance delivery routes where maintaining product freshness and handling reliability is critical.

The BeiGo X4 is engineered as a rugged electric utility vehicle featuring patented anti-topple tilting technology, high stability and a compact footprint, enabling efficient navigation through dense urban logistics routes. The vehicle is aimed at mid-mile and penultimate-mile operations where larger delivery vehicles are often impractical.

As part of the collaboration, Daiots Arc will integrate its AI-driven fleet intelligence platform, IoT-based telematics and predictive maintenance systems with the electric trikes. The technology stack will enable optimised routing based on factors such as battery state-of-charge, thermal delivery zones and micro-weather conditions, while also providing centralised operations dashboards and remote diagnostics.

Sravan, CEO of iGO Wise Mobility, said the BeiGo X4 has been designed for demanding real-world logistics environments with a focus on stability, payload flexibility and operational productivity. He noted that the partnership will help expand its application into sectors where temperature control, traceability and delivery reliability directly influence product quality and customer experience.

Raju Bhulok, founder of Daiots Arc, said that the collaboration combines vehicle innovation with data-driven fleet operations to address key logistics challenges. According to him, integrating the BeiGo X4’s high-speed '2.5-wheeler' form factor into Daiots Arc’s platform will help bridge operational gaps for businesses requiring larger payload deliveries at faster turnaround times.

The MoU also includes provisions for integrated telematics systems, standardized maintenance frameworks and enterprise-grade service level agreements (SLAs) to support multi-city deployment. Initial pilot corridors will serve segments such as quick-commerce platforms, premium grocery suppliers and health-drink distributors.

Both companies stated that the pilot phase will track measurable performance indicators including reduced spoilage rates, improved on-time delivery performance and lower total cost of ownership (TCO) before scaling the fleet to the planned 1,000 vehicles nationwide.

iGO Wise Mobility, develops multi-wheel electric vehicles for logistics applications, while Daiots Arc operates an AI-driven EV fleet intelligence platform currently active in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
