IEEMA Names New Leadership for 2026-27
IEEMA names Siddharth Bhutoria as President, Hartek Singh as President-Elect and Amit Kumar as Vice-President.

The Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA) has named Siddharth Bhutoria, Whole-Time Director of RTS Power Corporation Ltd., as its President for 2026-27, succeeding Vikram Gandotra of Siemens Ltd.
Hartek Singh, Director of Hartek India Pvt. Ltd., has taken over as President-Elect, while Amit Kumar, Vice President and Head of MPS at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., has been elected Vice-President.
Siddharth Bhutoria, the incoming President, said, “I am honoured to lead IEEMA during this period of transformation. Our Vision 2036 rests on three pillars: Go Global, Build Policy Muscle, and Build Capability. We will open overseas offices in the US and Europe, roll out trade facilitation services, and build centres of excellence and skill centres. Our aim is to lift India’s electrical equipment exports from USD 14 billion to over USD 60 billion.”
Hartek Singh, the newly elected President-Elect, said, “It is a privilege to serve IEEMA and lead the responsibility of ELECRAMA simultaneously. My focus will be on promoting technical capabilities and regional connections within IEEMA. I will also work to strengthen IEEMA’s focus on renewables, green energy, and the new energy segment. As the chair of ELECRAMA 2027, I am committed to delivering a truly spectacular experience at the world’s largest electrical show.”
As part of the vision, IEEMA plans to open offices in the US and Europe, introduce trade facilitation services and establish centres of excellence and skill centres to strengthen quality, safety, reliability and innovation.
He also said that IEEMA would strengthen its focus on renewables, green energy and the new energy segment in line with the government’s focus on these areas.
Singh is also Chairman of ELECRAMA 2027 and said that he would work towards delivering the largest edition of the electrical industry exhibition.
Kumar said that his priorities as Vice-President would include strengthening IEEMA’s divisions, standards-making activities and testing infrastructure.
IEEMA represents manufacturers of electrical, industrial electronics and allied equipment across the power generation, transmission and distribution value chain, including the new and renewable energy sectors.
