Hoymiles has introduced its MIS 6-in-1 Microinverter (MIS-3680-W) for the Indian market at Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2026, held at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. The company is showcasing its solar and energy storage portfolio for residential, commercial and industrial (C&I), and utility-scale applications at Hall 12, Booth B531.
The newly launched microinverter supports one to six photovoltaic (PV) modules through a single unit, allowing installers to configure systems according to rooftop layouts. It features two independent maximum power point trackers (MPPTs) to support different module orientations and reduce generation losses caused by partial shading. Each input supports up to 2,200 W and 23 A, making the device compatible with solar modules rated above 700 W. The inverter has a European efficiency rating of 96.3 percent.
The MIS-3680-W is designed to operate across temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C and has an IP67 protection rating. It supports an AC voltage range of 160–295 V and incorporates arc-fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) protection and a galvanically isolated topology. According to the company, the product has undergone more than one million hours of reliability testing.
For installation and monitoring, the microinverter uses a plug-and-play Flex-S3 cable system, Bluetooth connectivity and Wi-Fi Mesh. Installers can commission devices through the S-Miles Installer App, which also supports remote diagnostics and over-the-air software upgrades. The product comes with a standard 12-year warranty and technical support in India.
At the exhibition, Hoymiles is also presenting solutions across five categories: residential solar and storage, plug-in storage, C&I solar and storage, utility-scale solar and storage, and power conversion systems (PCS). Its portfolio includes liquid-cooled storage systems for commercial and industrial applications, compact battery solutions for residential users, and power conversion systems designed to operate under weak-grid conditions.

The company said that its offerings combine solar generation, energy management and storage to address requirements across different market segments. It is also expanding its distribution partnerships in India to strengthen its sales and service network and provide local support to customers, installers and project developers.

Hoymiles Founder and CEO Dr. Yang Bo and Vice President Guy Rong attended the exhibition alongside colleagues from its China and India teams. The company stated that the leadership visit reflects its focus on the Indian market and engagement with local customers and distribution partners.
