Hero Future Energies (HFE), the renewable energy arm of the Hero Group, has inaugurated its new corporate headquarters at Worldmark 6 in Aerocity, New Delhi, as the company prepares for the next phase of its domestic and international growth.
The new headquarters has been established to support HFE's expanding renewable energy business and growing workforce while strengthening its capabilities in delivering integrated clean energy solutions for industrial, utility and commercial customers.
Spread across three units, the facility brings together teams from across business functions in a collaborative workspace designed to enhance operational efficiency, innovation and employee engagement. The inauguration comes as HFE's global renewable energy portfolio exceeds 7.2 GW across India, Ukraine, Vietnam and the United Kingdom, with the company's workforce having expanded by an average of 40% over the past two years.
The headquarters features a technology-enabled workplace equipped with modern workspaces, smart meeting rooms and flexible collaboration areas. It also houses a state-of-the-art command centre for real-time monitoring of the company's renewable energy assets, a customer experience centre for partners and clients, and dedicated spaces for innovation, customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
According to the company, the office has been designed in line with its sustainability objectives, with environmentally conscious materials, design elements and operational systems incorporated to minimise its environmental footprint.
Speaking on the occasion, Rahul Munjal, Founder and Chairman of Hero Future Energies, said that the new headquarters reflects the company's ambitions as it expands into new technologies, solutions and global markets. He said the facility has been designed to promote innovation, sustainability and collaboration while enabling employees to develop solutions that contribute to a secure and sustainable energy future.
Over the past few years, Hero Future Energies has expanded its presence beyond conventional solar and wind projects through investments in hybrid renewable energy projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and green hydrogen initiatives. The company is also increasing its focus on Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) and storage-based solutions to improve grid reliability and meet evolving customer requirements.
Srivatsan Iyer, Global Chief Executive Officer of Hero Future Energies, said that the new headquarters has been developed to support the company's continued expansion across geographies, technologies and customer segments. He noted that the facility brings together people, technology and ideas to accelerate innovation and decision-making while providing the infrastructure required for HFE's long-term growth.
The new headquarters will serve as the strategic hub for Hero Future Energies' operations in India and international markets. It is also expected to support the company's planned expansion of its workforce across business, engineering, technology and corporate functions as it continues to scale its global clean energy portfolio.
