HEPL Renewable Energy Signs MoU with Gautam Solar to Procure 100 MW Solar Modules at REI 2025
HEPL Renewable Energy has signed an MoU with Gautam Solar to procure 100 MW of high-efficiency solar modules for projects under the PM-KUSUM (A) Yojana in Madhya Pradesh. The MoU was signed during the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025.

							Madhya Pradesh-based solar EPC company HEPL Renewable Energy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gautam Solar for the procurement of 100 MW of high-efficiency solar modules during the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 at Greater Noida.
“This strategic collaboration marks one of the largest single-vendor procurements under the PM-KUSUM (A) Yojana, reinforcing HEPL’s position among Madhya Pradesh’s most trusted EPC and renewable-energy developers,” stated Harshit Shrivastava, Director, HEPL Renewable Energy, in a social media post.
He further added that the 100 MW collaboration will support distributed solar installations across rural regions of the state, helping farmers transition to clean energy while promoting local employment, energy self-reliance, and agricultural resilience.
The partnership underscores a joint commitment to accelerating India’s renewable energy goals, empowering farmers, and driving the next phase of Madhya Pradesh’s solar revolution, he said.
