Headsup B2B, one-stop pan-India procurement and supply chain platform serving the infrastructure, industrial and renewable energy sectors, is strengthening its vertical integration strategy and targeting INR 400 crore in revenue during the current fiscal year, backed by rising demand for integrated procurement and execution services across infrastructure and industrial projects.

The firm has completed over 2,200 transactions worth INR 250 crore in the previous financial year. Allied infrastructure services contributed nearly 80 percent of total revenue, while renewable energy, industrial automation and road safety solutions emerged as the company’s fastest-growing business categories.

The company is expanding its role beyond procurement into execution-led services to support customers across sourcing, deployment and project implementation. The move is aimed at reducing dependency on multiple vendors and improving coordination across infrastructure projects, where fragmented supplier networks often lead to delays and operational inefficiencies.

Sumit Kumar, Founder & Director of Headsup B2B, said that the company has seen increasing customer demand for execution support alongside procurement services.

“Over the past year, we have seen customers seek support not only for procurement, but also for execution-related requirements linked to infrastructure projects. Since we already operate in these categories, this expansion allows us to extend our role in areas where customer requirements continue after sourcing is completed,” he said.

Headsup B2B has expanded execution-linked offerings across flooring solutions, painting services, solar panel installation, electrical works, fabrication, industrial automation support, warehouse infrastructure solutions and project-based infrastructure execution.

The company currently operates across metal solutions, renewable infrastructure, industrial systems, electricals, road safety and construction-focused segments. It expects demand for procurement-linked execution services to grow further as infrastructure and industrial projects increasingly require tighter coordination between sourcing and deployment stages.

The expansion also reflects a broader trend within India’s B2B infrastructure ecosystem, where businesses are increasingly seeking integrated procurement, financing, logistics and execution support through fewer operating partners.

Headsup B2B positions itself as a technology-enabled procurement and supply chain platform combining a verified supplier network and embedded financing solutions to streamline sourcing, logistics, quality verification and supply chain operations for contractors, EPC companies, manufacturers, developers and enterprise buyers across India.
