H3 Dynamics announces a new robot-as-a-service solution for autonomous monitoring of solar farms in collaboration with Sitemark, a Belgian company specializing in AI analytics.

The new partnership combines H3 Dynamics' drone-in-a-box DBX robots with Sitemark's visual and thermal analytics to automate and scale remote monitoring operations at large solar park installations. Sitemark solutions have been deployed by Total, Bouygues, EDF, Engie and Orix to survey more than 30,000 hectares of solar photovoltaic parks in 35 countries.

Designed as the “eyes and ears” of solar park owners and operators, the DBX robot ( video ) can be permanently deployed at solar parks to track construction progress, identify solar panel degradation, and provide security on site.

"The unique combination of Sitemark Fuse and H3 Dynamics DBX will change the way data is captured and processed throughout the entire life cycle of solar energy assets," said Michiko Lloyd, CEO of Sitemark.

H3 Dynamics is automating inspections in smart cities , precision agriculture, water infrastructure and ports. Last month, the company announced DBX G7 , a Drone-in-a-Box agnostic platform capable of automating drones from any manufacturer and deploying expert analytics from any developer.

Post-COVID-19, we are shifting the global drone industry towards an open paradigm of teleoperation . "Our goal is to offer the best data services from specialized providers around the world, available from any of our DBX facilities globally," says Taras Wankewycz, CEO of H3 Dynamics.
