Gujarat Inject Kerala announced the execution of two lease agreements for industrial premises at Metro Industrial Park, Village Moraiya, Sanand in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The new facilities will support the company's factory operations and Research and Development (R&D) activities in thermal and renewable energy, with a focus on introducing and advancing a new technology in the Indian market.

The two premises will serve as facilities for the company's business operations, including technology development, R&D and related activities. The development is an important step towards establishing the operational infrastructure required to pursue opportunities in emerging technology segments.

The company sees significant potential in the technology being pursued, particularly in the context of India's evolving energy landscape and growing focus on thermal and renewable energy solutions. The initiative is expected to open up new business opportunities and contribute positively to the company's future turnover, subject to successful development and commercialisation.

Commenting on the development, Murli Shivshankaran Nair, Managing Director, Gujarat Inject Kerala, said, "These facilities represent an important step in our plans to strengthen our operational infrastructure and pursue opportunities in new technology segments. We see considerable potential for this technology in the Indian market, particularly across the thermal and renewable energy sectors. Our focus will be on developing the necessary capabilities to take this forward and explore its commercial potential. We believe this initiative can create new business opportunities and contribute positively to the company's turnover and long-term growth."

Both lease agreements have a tenure of five years, with an annual escalation of 5 percent and a lock-in period of two years. The premises will be utilised for factory and business operations, including R&D in thermal and renewable energy and ancillary activities.
