Gruner Renewable Energy Appoints Former ONGC Chairman Dinesh Sarraf as Chief Advisor

Sarraf brings more than four decades of experience across India's energy, regulatory and public sectors.

Gruner Renewable Energy, an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on the compressed biogas (CBG) sector, has appointed former Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) chairperson Dinesh Sarraf as its Chief Advisor.

Sarraf brings more than four decades of experience across India's energy, regulatory and public sectors. He previously served as chairman of PNGRB and held several senior leadership positions at state-run oil and gas major Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, including Group Chairman and Managing Director, Director (Finance), and Chairman and Managing Director of ONGC Videsh.

The appointment comes as Gruner Renewable Energy seeks to expand its presence in India's fast-growing bioenergy market, driven by the government's push for cleaner fuels and greater energy security.
