Panda brings over 22 years of extensive experience in various sectors including thermal, solar, wind (ISTS), cement, T&D substations and regulation with a special focus on renewable energy over the last decade.
He is known for his strategic, efficient, and effective management of complex operations and has established himself as a leader in contract management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Gensol, Panda led the Business Planning and Strategy Cell for Renewable Business at the Aditya Birla Group. His illustrious career also includes key roles at Welspun, Lanco, Avantha, and Gridco, where he has made significant contributions that have had a lasting impact on the industry.
While welcoming Panda to the Gensol family, the company expressed confidence that under his leadership, Gensol EPC (India) will soar to new heights.
