This 100 MW project will accumulated to the 1.3 GW of solar projects GE is serving and distributing in Turkey.
Prakash Chandra, Renewable Hybrids CEO, GE, said: “The potential for solar energy in Turkey is a reality. We are thrilled to be partnering with Ecogreen Energy on the projects and look forward to more opportunities to increase the penetration of renewable energy in Turkey and beyond.”
GE will partner with Ecogreen in the distribution and services contract of an broaden scope of equipment outwith inverter stations along with dispatching and consigning services.
GE Renewable Energy has installed over 400+ gigawatts of clean energy and provision of above 90 percent of utilities globally with its power grid products and services. The company is working over 80 countries.
The scope of works under the project will contain the design and EPC of the FLEXINVERTER solar power station.
FLEXINVERTER solar power station is a consolidated products and services from GE that merges a solar inverter, a medium voltage power transformer, and a discretionary Main Unit.
