GameChange Solar, a firm specialising in solar tracking and fixed-tilt racking solutions, has announced a strong close to its fiscal year 2025 in the Indian market, securing total order bookings exceeding 7 GW.

Notably, nearly 2 GW of these tracker orders were finalised in the fourth quarter alone, demonstrating significant momentum as the financial year concluded. As per the firm's statement, this achievement propels GameChange Solar's total project portfolio in India, encompassing both commissioned and under-installation projects, beyond 13 GW.

This milestone solidifies the company's standing as a reliable technology partner within India's expanding utility-scale solar sector. A significant portion of these new orders represents repeat business, highlighting the company's consistent performance, efficient execution, and customer-centric approach.

To support this robust growth, GameChange Solar has significantly bolstered its local manufacturing capabilities for key components, now exceeding an annual capacity of 20 GW. This enhanced local production facilitates quicker deliveries and ensures better alignment with demanding project timelines.

"India continues to be one of the most exciting and dynamic solar markets globally, and this strong finish to FY 25 reflects the valued relationships we've built with our customers and the reliability of our Genius Tracker systems," stated Vikas Bansal, President, International at GameChange Solar.

"What's particularly encouraging is the consistency of demand across states, developer profiles, and project sizes – from first-time engagements to repeat orders. It shows that the market isn't just growing; it's maturing, and there's a clear preference for scalable, execution-focused partners who can deliver at speed," he added.

The firm claimed that GameChange Solar's Genius Tracker solutions are specifically engineered to withstand the high-wind and high-heat conditions prevalent in India. These systems combine rapid installation, robust structural integrity, and precise tracking technology to maximise energy output and accelerate project completion, making them an ideal choice for India's diverse geographical landscapes and ambitious commissioning schedules.
