Freyr Energy, a residential rooftop solar solutions provider based in Hyderabad, is scaling up its presence in Madhya Pradesh's residential rooftop segment. With an already established footprint encompassing over 250 households and a cumulative capacity exceeding 2 MW, the company is rapidly extending its expertise and coverage in the region. Leveraging technology, Freyr Energy aims to solarize an additional 3,000 homes by the close of 2024.
Recognizing the financial obstacles impeding widespread solar adoption, Freyr Energy has taken proactive measures to overcome this challenge. The company offers no-cost EMI loan schemes and ensures prompt loan evaluations, aiming to make solar installations more financially feasible for homeowners. Additionally, the recent augmentation in solar subsidies by MNRE, reaching up to INR 18,000/kWp for rooftop solar in the residential sector, serves as an added incentive for homeowners.
This customer-centric approach is seamlessly integrated into Freyr Energy's technological platform, SunPro+, streamlining the entire solar installation process and ensuring a hassle-free experience from inception to completion.
Saurabh Marda, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Freyr Energy said, "Our objective is to transform solar energy into not merely a choice but an accessible and gratifying experience for all."
In alignment with the 'Madhya Pradesh Renewable Energy Policy' (MPREP-2022), Freyr Energy's endeavors complement the state's aspiration to emerge as a renewable energy nucleus by 2030.
