FlixBus Partners with ‘Youth Can Lead’ to Empower Future Leaders in Bengaluru
FlixBus has collaborated with ‘Youth Can Lead’, an initiative by Tejasvi Surya, Member of Parliament for Bengaluru South, which works towards empowering youth to become future leaders.

As the mobility partner for this initiative, FlixBus has provided its state-of-the-art buses to facilitate experiential journeys for students to learn about the future of mobility.
The students travelled from Bengaluru to Hosur to visit an electric vehicle manufacturing facility and visited BMRCL (Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited) Headquarters as well as Bengaluru’s Traffic Management Centre for an interaction with Shri MN Anucheth, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Bengaluru.
Students gained firsthand insights into advanced manufacturing processes and innovations driving sustainable mobility in India. They also learnt about the planning, operations, and technology behind efficient urban public transport and traffic management systems, deepening their understanding of how modern cities address mobility challenges.
Tejasvi Surya, Member of Parliament, Bengaluru South, said that, “Empowering our youth is fundamental to nation-building. Through the ‘Youth Can Lead’ initiative, we are providing young minds with the tools, exposure, and mentorship needed to become responsible leaders of tomorrow. By witnessing these innovations firsthand, our youth are better equipped to shape a more sustainable and progressive future for our nation.”

‘Youth Can Lead’ is a flagship program by Shri Tejasvi Surya, designed to provide young students with leadership training, civic education, and hands-on experiences in policy-making and governance. The initiative seeks to inspire youth to take an active role in shaping the future of their communities and the nation at large. The initiative also features immersive sessions under The Pathfinders Collective, where participants explore diverse topics such as policymaking, mental health, and India’s rich civilizational heritage, all aimed at inspiring them to shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
