Expression of Interest from manufacturers of systems for Solar Photovoltaic Lighting

MNRE invites Expression of Interest(Eol) from the manufacturers of SPV lighting systems to participate in Solar Lighting programme promoted through NABARD/SECI/NHB

MNRE invites Expression of Interest(Eol) from the eligible manufacturers of SPV lighting systems to participate in Solar Lighting programme promoted through NABARD/ SECI/ NHB. The terms and conditions and format are given below. Last date for sending applications is 30th June 2014.

Terms and Conditions:

Must be Registered Company of three years old as on 01.04.2014.
Must have manufacturing facility for SPV module/Batteries/ electronics.
Must have executed SPV lighting systems (minimum 500 Nos.) through SNA's / Government organization (enclose work order from ordering organisation).
Consortium are not allowed.
Minimum cumulative turnover of 9 Crores for last 3 years.
Must have Dealer Network in the area of operation.
The performance of the empanelled company will be reviewed annually. If the performance is not satisfactory, the company may be dropped from the list of empanelled manufacturer.
At least one service center in the State of operation.
Must have Test certificates from MNRE accredited test laboratory for the product to be supplied under the scheme.

Format for submission of Expression of Interest from reputed Solar Lighting Systems Manufacturers under the Loan Scheme offered by NABARD and other Regional Rural Banks:
