Exeliq Tech Solutions, a Noida-based provider of automotive testing solutions for electric vehicles, has unveiled its latest innovation, the AI-driven VoltPRO Series, designed to revolutionise EV battery testing and analysis.
Developed entirely in-house by Exeliq’s R&D and engineering teams, the VoltPRO Series offers real-time, data-backed insights into battery health and lifecycle performance, helping manufacturers improve safety, reliability, and efficiency. The series includes three variants, BTM80, BTM300, and BTM500, each designed for high-voltage battery testing with bi-directional regenerative power systems that minimise energy use.
With integrated AI analytics modules, VoltPRO can monitor State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), and battery degradation trends, offering a smarter, scalable solution for production and R&D environments. “India’s EV market is growing rapidly, but battery performance and safety remain key challenges,” said Rahul Gautam, Co-founder, Exeliq. “With VoltPRO, we wanted to make battery testing smarter, faster, and more scalable. This system enables manufacturers to detect issues early, ensure quality at production lines, and make EVs safer for consumers. According to market reports, India’s automotive testing industry was valued at USD 149.29 million in 2024 and is expected to reach USD 243.75 million by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 6.32 percent, a surge driven by EV adoption, stricter safety standards, and government-led mobility initiatives.
