EverEnviro Appoints Shiva Kumar as CFO and Ruchika Bhatia as Head of HR

EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt. Ltd, a developer of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) in India, has announced key appointments to its leadership team, welcoming Shiva Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Ruchika Bhatia as Head of HR and Admin.

Shiva Kumar steps into the role of CFO with over 25 years of extensive experience across diverse industries, including hospitality, real estate, IT and ITES, and manufacturing. His expertise spans general management, corporate finance, financial structuring, and risk management.

Kumar expressed enthusiasm for joining EverEnviro, stating, “I am excited to be part of EverEnviro and contribute to the company’s vision of promoting circularity across the country. The Indian energy transition is at an exciting juncture, and I am committed to developing robust financial strategies that will enable EverEnviro to achieve new milestones in its growth journey.”

Joining  Kumar is Ruchika Bhatia, who will take on the role of Head of HR and Admin. Bhatia is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in the transport, logistics, and supply chain sectors. Her career has been marked by significant achievements in business partnering, change management, and employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on building resilient teams and nurturing leadership talent.

In her remarks, Bhatia highlighted her commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, saying,  “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at EverEnviro to develop inclusive and equitable HR policies that drive collective success. My focus will be on cultivating a strong, people-centric culture that aligns with the company’s mission of sustainability and growth.”

Mahesh Girdhar, Managing Director and CEO of EverEnviro, praised the strategic additions to the leadership team. “The addition of  Kumar and  Bhatia brings invaluable expertise to our organisation. As per the firm in its statement, it operates 20 CBG plants across India, demonstrating a strong commitment to addressing waste management challenges and promoting a circular economy. The company further claimed that it has ambitious growth plans aimed at expanding its impact in the clean energy sector, aligning with India’s broader goals for sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
