Euler Motors Launches 'Euler Prime' for Fast, Predictive EV Support Across India

Euler Motors has rolled out 'Euler Prime', a rapid, on-the-spot support programme designed to offer real-time, preventive assistance to customers across more than 45 cities. The first phase covers Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur and Patna.

The service deploys trained technicians on mobile bikes and vans, ensuring customers get help within committed timelines, starting as quick as 90 minutes in urban centres. For incidents outside city limits and along highways, resolution is targeted within 4–5 hours.

Euler Prime is engineered to maximise uptime for Euler’s commercial EVs, helping customers avoid earnings loss caused by breakdowns. The system runs on Shepherd, the company’s in-house telematics and vehicle intelligence platform, which enables live diagnostics, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance, often detecting issues before drivers notice them.

“Euler Prime is a major step towards delivering a seamless ownership experience. Our goal is to ensure the highest utilisation of EV assets,” said Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence, Euler Motors.

“By combining rapid on-ground response with the intelligence of our Shepherd platform, we’re turning service into a real productivity booster—solving problems before they become roadblocks", added Tandon.

The support programme is available to all new customers and those covered under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Existing customers can opt in on a paid basis.

With this rollout, Euler Motors reinforces its commitment to building an EV ecosystem centred on uptime, reliability and proactive support.
