Envision Energy, a firm specialising in green tech and smart energy solutions, has entered its 10th year in India with a renewed commitment to positioning the country as a hub for clean energy innovation, sustainable manufacturing, and climate leadership.

Marking the milestone, the company unveiled its ambitious 'India Charter 2026–27', a strategic roadmap built around three core pillars such as sustainability leadership, digital innovation, and Make-in-India manufacturing.

With a strong manufacturing and project execution presence in India, the company’s new strategy rests on three central pillars: sustainability leadership, digital innovation, and Make-in-India manufacturing. The roadmap is designed to support India’s ambitious net-zero goals while also accelerating innovation and local job creation.

“Our ninth anniversary is a moment to reflect and re-energise,” said RPV Prasad, Managing Director, Envision Energy India. “We’re not just celebrating past milestones, but outlining a future driven by clean infrastructure, skilling, and decarbonised solutions," he added.

Envision Energy currently boasts an order book of more than 14 GW for its smart wind turbines and about 1 GWh in battery energy storage solutions, reinforcing its status as a major OEM in India’s renewable sector. The company operates across six wind-rich states, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, managing over 60 projects for more than 28 Independent Power Producers (IPPs).

Backed by a 3 GW annual manufacturing capacity, Envision’s facilities in Pune and Trichy are undergoing further expansion, and the company has completed land acquisition for a new greenfield blade plant in Gujarat. Its workforce in India has grown to over 3,000 employees, supported by an experienced local leadership team.

Envision has also invested in a dedicated Remote Control Centre (RCC) in Bengaluru, with in-country servers and systems designed to ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. The RCC plays a vital role in data monitoring, collaborating closely with government and statutory bodies.

Globally, the company continues to make waves in energy storage and green hydrogen technologies. It manages the Envision-Hongshan Carbon-Neutral Fund and owns the championship-winning Envision Racing Formula E team. The firm has been recognised for its sustainability efforts with awards from EcoVadis, CDP, Fortune, and MIT Technology Review.

Envision achieved carbon neutrality across global operations in 2022 and aims to reach full value chain neutrality by 2028.
