Enviro Infra Engineers Arm Bags 180 MW Wind Project EPC Contract from Tata Power Renewables

Enviro Infra Engineers has announced that its step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja has secured an EPC contract worth approximately INR 190 crore from Tata Power Renewable Energy for a 180 MW NTPC wind power project at Parli, Maharashtra.

Enviro Infra Engineers has announced that its step-down subsidiary company Suyog Urja (SUL) has secured an EPC contract worth approximately INR 190 crore from Tata Power Renewable Energy for the development of a 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project at Parli, Maharashtra.

The scope of work includes Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation works, including supply of reinforcement steel and Geotech, Balance of Plant (BoP), including developing a fully equipped 39-acre secure storage yard, coordinating ROW for seamless material transport, and constructing permanent and temporary roads, pathways, and crane pads, and construction and commissioning of a 33 kV transmission line, the company stated in a regulatory filing.

It further added that the contract must be executed by March 31, 2027.

In April 2026, Enviro Infra Engineers announced its expansion into the wind EPC sector with the acquisition of Suyog Urja in a deal valued at INR 311 crore payable in three tranches. The company has acquired 51 percent for INR 111 crore. This will be followed by the acquisition of a 24 percent stake for INR 108.85 crore in 2027, and the remaining 25 percent for INR 91.15 crore in 2028.
