After the successful launch of its Enphase Installer Network (EIN) in the US, Australia, Belgium, and the Netherlands, Enphase Energy has now expanded its EIN into India.

Enphase Energy is among the world’s leading suppliers of microinverter-based solar-plus-storage systems.

The EIN is a network of trusted installers that deliver exceptional homeowner experiences using Enphase products and has been designed to help installers grow their business with a range of innovative digital tools and exclusive benefits.

Explaining further about EIN, Dave Ranhoff, chief commercial officer at Enphase Energy, said “our installers are central to our success because they are the face of Enphase for homeowners and small business owners, and our goal with the EIN is to continuously improve the experience of doing business with Enphase.”

“We consider it our job to provide outstanding product quality, performance, reliability, and world-class customer support. We believe the EIN will help improve the bottom line for our installer partners in India and gives them another reason to continue being enthusiastic evangelists of our company and products,” Ranhoff added.

To become a member of EIN, solar installers will have to qualify for EIN membership in 1 of 3 tiers as Enphase Platinum, Gold, or Silver Installers, based on meeting a range of performance benchmarks that promote best-in-class customer service.

EIN benchmarks include product certification status, relationship duration, and homeowner satisfaction ratings. Installers on the Enphase network will have exclusive access to new products, executive sponsorship, tradeshow invites, priority in product allocation, zero cost leads, discounted product warranty extensions, co-branding and promotion opportunities.

For homeowners, EIN offers easy access to best in class service and a platform to locate premium installers in the area, using the find an Installer tool.

“With its superior technology, technical expertise, and sales support, Enphase has helped us to deliver multiple projects – ground mount, residential and commercial. We are extremely excited to be part of the EIN program as we believe it will help us to deliver even greater value to our customers,” said K. Shreedhar, founder and director, Diwakar Soltek.

Harsha Kuntur, managing director, EcoSoch Solar, commented “we are excited to be part of the network that will help homeowners reach out to highly qualified installers, and we look forward to engaging with our customers and providing them the innovative and latest solar solutions from Enphase.”

“Choosing an inverter technology is a critical decision when going solar and we believe Enphase microinverters offerthe most advanced technology on the market,” said K. Srinivas Kumar, managing director and CEO, RenXSol Ecotech Private Limited. “By using Enphase products, we are able to offer our customers the latest in solar technology, including reliability, unmatched intelligence and a high energy production.”
