EMO Energy has announced a partnership with electric two-wheeler manufacturer e-Sprinto to deploy 8,000 electric scooters across India during the current financial year. The deployment will support commercial mobility operations across the quick-commerce and last-mile delivery sectors, where vehicle reliability, uptime and energy efficiency are critical. The partnership will integrate e-Sprinto’s electric scooter platforms with EMO Energy’s patented ZenPac liquid-cooled battery technology, creating a mobility solution designed for high-utilisation fleet operations.
The vehicles are powered by EMO Energy’s ZenPac battery platform, a liquid-cooled battery system engineered for commercial electric mobility. The battery technology combines active thermal management, advanced battery intelligence and energy optimisation capabilities to improve reliability, performance and operational efficiency.
ZenPac is integrated with EMO Energy’s charging infrastructure and battery intelligence platform, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive insights and improved energy utilisation across fleet operations. The system is designed to address the demands of commercial EV usage, including multiple charging cycles, extended operating hours and challenging urban operating conditions.
The 8,000 electric scooters will include both low-speed and high-speed models from e-Sprinto and will be deployed across multiple cities in India in phases throughout the financial year. The deployment will expand EMO Energy’s commercial EV footprint and support delivery partners operating in India’s rapidly growing last-mile and quick-commerce ecosystem.
Sheetanshu Tyagi, Co-Founder and CEO of EMO Energy, said, “Scaling commercial electric mobility requires vehicles and energy systems to work together around real-world operating conditions. This partnership with e-Sprinto combines a purpose-built vehicle platform with EMO’s battery technology, intelligence layer, and charging infrastructure to create a reliable energy ecosystem for high-utilisation mobility.”
Atul Gupta, Founder and Chairman of e-Sprinto, said, “This collaboration brings together two complementary strengths - e-Sprinto’s electric vehicle platforms and EMO Energy’s battery technology, to create solutions designed for the scale and reliability requirements of commercial mobility.”
The partnership builds on EMO Energy’s continued growth in commercial electric mobility. During the first quarter of the financial year, EMO-powered fleets covered 93.69 million kilometres, enabled 18.74 million deliveries, and delivered 2,810.7 MWh of energy.
During the same period, EMO’s operating fleet expanded from 15,800 vehicles in April to more than 19,000 vehicles by June, reflecting increasing adoption of its energy systems across commercial EV applications.
